The Pilame Red Light Panel Pro is the sweet spot for most people: powerful enough for back, torso or legs, small enough to sit on a table or hang on a door. It mixes 630nm and 660nm red with 810nm, 830nm and 850nm near-infrared, and lets you dim, pulse and time every session from the screen or the remote.
