Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Cost
- United States: free shipping on every order.
- Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand: calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Timing
Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
US transit: 5–8 business days
International transit: 7–14 business days
Larger items ship with tracked courier service. Processing can be longer during holidays and sale periods — we will email you if your order is delayed.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update. You can also enter your number on our Order Status page.

Address changes
We can change the shipping address until the order is dispatched. Email support@pilame.store with your order number. We cannot split one order between multiple addresses.

Delivered but not received?
Check with household members, neighbours and the carrier's local depot. If it does not turn up within 3 business days, contact support@pilame.store and we will open a claim with the carrier.
