Every order ships free within the United States from our US warehouse. Most orders leave within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Try your device at home for 30 days. If it is not right for you, contact us for a return authorization and send it back in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.

Every Pilame device is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. The warranty length for each product is listed on its product page. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace the device.
